In October of this year, we will return to Albania for yet another workshop. Elena has been traveling to Albania for thirty years and has deep family ties to the country. This will be my fourth trip to Albania, which has become one of my favorite places. Even though I've been there four times, I still feel like I'm just getting to know the place. Much has changed since my first visit, and nearly everything has changed since Elena's first visit in 1991, shortly after the fall of the dictatorship.
