Jazz lebt von Präsenz, vom Zuhören und vom Mut, sich im Augenblick zu zeigen.Genau das fasziniert mich an der Konzertfotografie: die Kraft der Musiker, ihre körperliche und emotionale Hingabe, ihre Liebe zur Musik, die in jedem Konzert sichtbar wird. Diese Energie fotografisch festzuhalten, ist für mich eine besondere Herausforderung. Die Schwarz-Weiß-Fotografie reduziert auf das Wesentliche: Ausdruck, Bewegung, Spannung.
