Bruce Gilden ist ein Fotograf aus New York und ist bekannt durch seinen konsequenten Einsatz von Blitz und der sehr geringen Distanz zu seinem Motiv. Die Meinung über die Art und Weise dieses Stils ist umstritten, aber definitiv interessant und durch die geringe Distanz zu den Menschen auch sehr ehrlich und nahbar.
