InDesign is also falling apart now, it seems. Laggy af on an M1 Max with 32 GB of RAM, and the undo command is regularly breaking (!). And it’s always the same story: people report these bugs to Adobe, but they just persist for months and months. 🤨

🤫 And here’s the secret: boil one can of coconut milk down until there’s almost only the oil left, then add the Massaman paste. Then slowly (slowly! No, even slower!) add another can of coconut milk, bit by bit, so that it keeps simmering the whole time. Don’t let it cool down too much, but also don’t let it boil too hard. You always want to preserve that red oil swimming on top… 😋
