Also: there are only a few tickets left for what might just be Europe’s finest conference on design, creativity, and the Web. ✨ Trust me: this one’s genuinely special. The kind of event that will change you and your perspectives. 🖤
A week from now, I’ll be in Düsseldorf for @btconf 🎉🤗
Can’t wait to be back in the audience – who will join me there? 👋
“Brevity was always a discipline. Now it’s a statement. When everything around you is excessive by default, choosing fewer words takes courage. It says: I thought about this. I edited. I respected your time more than I needed to show my work.”

Oh boy, the Marathon soundtrack is RAD! I'm still yet to play the game, but loving all the art, animation and now the music, so good! If you like ambient-ey, drone-ey, glitch-ey, big beat-ey electronic stuff, then this is for you!

A #longread about a man with a stopwatch, a school in Weimar, and why the gap between design and engineering isn’t an accident.

Metaphysical musings, neverending headwinds, and a gorgeous day out for an age-double birthday ride / #FondoOfTheMonthClub N°100 in a row. Grateful that Goldberg was game to come along for the occasion. Just ride. #cycling #roadcycling #strava #fondo 183km/1161m/7:13
Had a lot of fun creating these. Working on the titles right now. [contains quote post or other embedded content]

How Lettering Designers Turn Skill Into Paid Work – Martina Flor
My usual 1hr easy ride loop that I do before work is neither an hour nor easy when the team is -2°C. It’s April FFS. #cycling
As a T1 Diabetic who's unable to use an insulin pump (because there are no #accessible ones available), the possibility of a gene therapy injection once every few years instead of an insulin injection once every couple of hours, is mighty interesting.

Your AI-generated videos of the Moon sure look impressive. But nothing compares to the real Artemis II footage – they’re almost there 😯:
It's been quite the weekend... the oven stopped working, the new exercise bike turned up, there are now Basil and Thyme seeds in the hydroponics thingy in the kitchen, PerlBod excavated several layers of his tShirt drawer, Sunday lunch with family (including the aforementioned Yorkshire apple pie with Wensleydale cheese), and a good chunk of my next conference talk (for All Day Hey!) is in much better shape than it was a few days ago! Oh, and the sun's out 😎
Today I was introduced to the traditional Yorkshire apple pie made with Wensleydale cheese. Oh. My. Goodness. I need to lie down and not eat again until Thursday 😊 😋
That moment when the idea for a talk just clicks into place and you know you're going to have fun with it ❇️

“LLMs can autonomously, and without fancy scaffolding, find and exploit 0-day vulnerabilities in critical software. This is not something that was true even, let’s say, three or four months ago.”
