Last night I published a mega-blog all about how I built my first life-size virtual pinball machine as a total n00b! It's a big bugger so put the kettle on and give it a read: https://blog.jam-factory.com/making-a-virtual-pinball-table-part-1/ #vpin #virtualpinball

Behind the scenes - Making a virtual pinball table (Part 1)
I drastically underestimated just how deep this rabbit hole goes. Three weeks ago my knowledge of virtual pinball was just 'Pinball FX 3' on the Nintendo Switch - a great game that lets you run the Switch in portrait mode where you can purchase some great tables from

Wait! I recognize that guy! That’s the runner from the Sound City Studios documentary.
Looks like he ended up as a producer for the Foo Fighters, Deftones, and some band called “Rush”.
Yet another amazing interview by Rick Beato:

If anyone using iOS 2026 with VoiceOver has discovered how to use the call screening feature, I'd be glad of any tips.

Now I need more 19" audio gear. 😂

Huge thanks to @foo__ for helping me with a little CSS magic that means I can now indicate when posts on my blog have been updated 🥳
If anyone with knowledge of Sass has time, I could use some styling help with a minor change to my website that doesn't look quite right.
Change adds an "Edited" notation to posts that have been updated, but the text looks weird (or so I'm told).
Website uses Eleventy with Nunjucks templating, in case that's useful info.
Happy to pay for time.
