There is so much to love about this talk: James, his energy, his messages … Being in the room for it live at #btconf was something special, but even if you missed it (why?!? 😉), watching it now comes pretty close.
But … I thought Kimi K3 was Claude?!? 🤔
“OpenDAW is an impressive undertaking from @andremichelle, and I hope to see it go from strength to strength.” Whoop whoop! 😉🙌https://bedroomproducersblog.com/2026/08/22/opendaw-review/
Then add (palm) sugar and fish sauce, onions, potatoes, chicken, or whatever ingredients you like. I also always like to add one cinnamon stick, two star anise, and two tablespoons of tamarind paste.
🤫 And here’s the secret: boil one can of coconut milk down until there’s almost only the oil left, then add the Massaman paste. Then slowly (slowly! No, even slower!) add another can of coconut milk, bit by bit, so that it keeps simmering the whole time. Don’t let it cool down too much, but also don’t let it boil too hard. You always want to preserve that red oil swimming on top… 😋
It’s Massaman day. 😋
