Testing syndication from idno, which had disappeared a while back. I wasn't happy with the formatting of the shared post before, so perhaps this will prompt me to improve that. No good. Reverting to CDN's fix

Every picture tells a story, eh?
Guerilla gardening.
I tried this when we first got here, and the forces of evil wiped it out pretty quickly. Maybe times have changed. Maybe this time beauty will prevail.

I embarked on trying to update a web mentions plugin for my other site, which uses the Grav CMS. I fear that the work may be beyond me, even with the help of an LLM, but we shall see. So I want to follow the Posse of Webmention Scratch-Builders even though I have little to contribute.

I do have vague recollections of caffeine being a sleep blocker rather than an arousal mechanism of some sort, and I have to say I have never personally experienced a coffee buzz nor coffee induced insomnia.

The fourth episode of Wonders of Web Weaving is out:
In Episode 4, I chat with Marisabel, the author of Konfetti Explorations. We talk about, among other things, websites as gardens, sharing art on one's personal website, and seasons of making our websites.
I hope you enjoy the episode!

They showed this at the local cinema, the Atelier. I always enjoy a good studio documentation - especially one of such an interesting band and one that's as well done as this one. And I'm very glad no one fell off that roof, WTF!?

I wanted a Coen movie, I got a Coen movie. Absolutely hilarious. And another fantastic cast. They were all a delight to watch, but I probably liked John Malkovich's performance the most. Also loved the idea with the CIA guy reporting those summaries of what had happened. Clever and funny.

New episode: More Sustainable School Meals
Researchers in Sweden optimised school lunches (universally free) to reduce GHG emissions while staying essentially the same. Negative result very positive; no changes in amount eaten, amount wasted and meal satisfaction.
"Most [pupils] hadn’t noticed the shift. Some of them actually noticed that the food was tastier. And some of them noticed that there was more vegetarian food."
