I've been slowly replacing all of my cameras with HomeKit Secure Video cameras and generally much happier with them – including the sub-$40 Aqara G100 – than HomeKit compatible cameras like the Arlo Ultra 2, which were ~$100-150 each. Competition FTW!

I'm surprised by this Apple Intelligence in Home pricing though. If it was purely storage-based pricing, I would probably turn it on for all of my cameras and end up spending more in the long run. This per-camera pricing means I probably won't even try it.

It Turns Out Chihuahuas Are Actually Part Coyote

Unlike some other lap dogs, Chihuahuas are known for their independent, proud, and self-assured natures, despite their size. We’d like to think it could be the wild coyote within, though it is difficult to say for sure.

Honestly I think coyotes are more chill than these little monsters.

New Sonic cartoon and Crazy Taxi movie in the works for Netflix

Crazy Taxi will see a feature film written by Dan Gregor and Doug Mand, who penned the 2025 reboot of The Naked Gun. It will be produced by Original Film’s Neal H. Moritz and Toby Ascher and Sega’s Toru Nakahara, the producers of the Sonic the Hedgehog live-action movie franchise.

Idk, man. Sonic, I get. There’s only so much you can do with giving people taxi rides though. But then again, regular Taxi was a great show and it wasn’t even crazy.
