Spent all day in a workshop with little time to take photos today, but I saw this covered up car and I just liked the look if it.

Spent the day on the train today for a short work trip this week. I kinda like taking pictures of landscapes from the train.

Busy day. Appointments, errands, and ToDos.

Finally sitting down to work on the Cliff538 blog. Updated the Film Journey & Resource Page and posted some new pages. Figured I’d put all my film scans for each film type on their own page, so if folks want to see what different film types look like before using them, they have this resource available. More will be added as I shoot different film.

Current elevation: ~1,043 feet.

Full Pool elevation: 1,229 feet.

Current State: About 27% full.

Hydropower becomes impossible below 895 feet.

“Dead Pool” occurs at 895 feet, when water cannot flow through the dam by gravity.

Colorado River system provides water for roughly 40 million people and 5 million acres of farmland.

Another three day trip in the books. Always good to be back home, even if it’s 110°F. The greeting/love you get from two dogs swells your heart and makes you smile. 😊

It’s Sunday and I was way to busy today to went out with my camera. So here’s an other one from yesterday. A small loveletter to the 56mm. With this lens, it doesn't really matter what you're photographing. It always turns out looking good somehow.

Quick shot from the bike, slow Sunday so far and i'm expecting it to stay that way.

Another nice 20-hour layover in BOI. Extremely smoky skies and brutally hot. Got in a 4.5-mile walk, and I was able to get today’s picture. Only a phone pic today as I spent all day cooking and baking for a big family dinner.

First time in a while baking bread, beetroot with hempseeds, fennel seeds, and coriander seeds.
