Not really, no.

For case 1 (both "description" and "markdowntext" populated), I wasn't sure what to expect, but the server accepted having both of them, and the website displayed the contents of "description".

For case 2 (only "markdowntext' provided), I expected a failure, since api.md says that "description" is a required field. I also did not expect the website to display an empty post.

I was expecting some kind of relationship between these two fields, where a change to one might trigger a change to the other.

GrapheneOS uses a feature called a “duress password.” If police demand the password to your phone, you give them the duress password instead and it wipes the phone clean.
