After a long time, I finally went for a proper photo walk yesterday. Vilnius is freezing right now, but the snow and sunshine make the city so photogenic. I’m very happy with this photo, but I feel a bit sad because of the meaning I’ve attached to it. I guess it’s all about the balance.

Wanted to get away for a few days, so a proper road trip was in order. My wife is a huge dinosaur fan and has always wanted to see the La Brea Tar Pits Museum. Confetti Cathedral (30/365)

A vibrant and intricate mosaic of colorful umbrellas forms a symmetrical, kaleidoscope-like pattern.

Found this chandelier hanging in an entryway and got a shot from above using the stairway. Turned out kind of colorful and fun.

Scene on the way to school this morning. L wants to walk more often instead of taking the bus which is nice, since this way we both get a morning walk. 😊

This picture was taken at 1/4s shutter speed and f/4 handheld -- it's surprisingly sharp and un-shaken for that!
