It's already safe for the system to allow that. There are almost no personal opinions or thoughts anymore. Everything dangerous was mostly destroyed, edges were sanded and polished. People now self-censor themself voluntarily, most are even not aware of that. What is left is mostly mimicry of corporate and government propaganda. The narrative script was installed and now it just runs safely.
