I have also sink holed Smart TV’s calling home to China and will have overall a much more secure network since devices that don’t need to talk to other devices are now on their own VLAN, same for Guests connecting to my home Wi-Fi, they’ll be on their VLAN.

I still have to move a few devices to the new Wifi network behind the Flint 3e and then I’m done!

And also since I have added a layer to support the Mastodon API to be able to use Phanpy or Moshidon or any Mastodon app actually, I find myself handling a complexity and potential tech debt that I wish I could skip… So that’s the part I’m refactoring, I want to make sure my native reader and my native implementation can survive the future evolution all the while supporting the a Mastodon API layer and working on real native C2S to eventually build my own mobile app

ça fait 2 mois que je traîne sur la publication d’un article long format qui pose la question : pourquoi sait-on prévoir mais plus gouverner ? (en rapport avec les incendies de cet été, les manques de moyens chroniques de la Justice, l’absence de moyen pour l’éducation et j’en passe)

J’ai fait plein de recherche, j’ai sourcé mes affirmations, j’ai allongé, raccourcis, comprimé, retiré, j’en suis à plus de 8000 charactères et je ne suis pas content, c’est dur d’écrire en fait.

Et je ne vais même pas aborder le cas de mon livre qui lui est encore à l’état de balbutiement.

I like her, perhaps that’s another good thing in the US landscape : Journalists saying fuck you to billionaires owned media platforms and building resistance and free thinking outside of the limited, bowed, humiliated media conglomerates that are licking Trump’s booth.

And the media are not alone, there are universities, law firms, corporations, tech moguls, ALL bowing to the King.

So the best thing that can happen is good people saying fuck you and taking a hike to build resistance on the side.

There isn’t just one way to resist. In fact, the best resistance against a corrupt regime is a multitude of forms of resistance.

At least some USians are not totally lost. And that’s good.
