Birbs.
Again from a few days ago, didn’t really feel like going out for photos today. Maybe tomorrow. :)
I've been living in Wiesbaden for 7 years and I never get tired of the architecture.
Beautiful winter sky the other day.
Taking photos every day is becoming a habit slowly. This picture was from Tuesday I think.
It's cold again. 🥶
Quick selfie in a scooter mirror.
Another slow shutter one. I like this a lot!
It was too dark and too in-the-city to do anything so I opted for some slow-shutter traffic photos instead. Really like how they turned out.

Look up at the sky today for the daily photo - Florian did, too. Kind of a weird day today, still building a habit.

Little water drops on plants ...👨🍳😘
There's a tradition here in Germany where some time after New Year's the local authorities pickup Christmas trees. There's a date and everybody places their tree on the street and it get's picked up.
Does this happen everywhere people celebrate Christmas? No idea. But a daily photoblog also means insights into daily life stuff.

Selfie in the O of the text in a shopping window. I've tacking a similar picture before, although I think I only published it on Instagram. 🤷
Another from a few days ago, on the train.
I've decided that this daily blog is about posting daily, not necessarily taking photos every day. I allow myself to post pictures from within the current week.
One last snow pic from a few days ago!
Bees in the snow, hope they're tucked in tight! 🐝
Maybe the last snow pic for now?
Today was mainly spent on the train and this is the only photo I took.
☃️
Love the snow we have this year, it's been a while since there was so much of it and I'm here for it! The kids, too.
Winter sun... or moon?
It snowed a lot last night! ❄️ Looking forward to a walk later today.
Day two and already struggling with keeping up 😖
I got a Retropia lens from my in-laws for Christmas! It's a re-purposed lens from a disposable camera which is fitted for use with my Fujifilm camera. It's a fixed focal length and aperture (32mm and f/10 as far as I can tell), and so far I do like the results which are very grainy.
Looking forward to play around with this lens.
New year, new try to get a year long photo-a-day project going.
(Not taken today but a few month back. Forgot to post this one. I've a few similar photos of balloons in windows - might be a series soon! 😅)
A day spent in the woods around Wiesbaden. Very refreshing and something I ought to do a lot more.
