I was in a bit of a rut today. With lots of work around the house and no good new areas to shoot, it was time to get creative with a tree I’ve photographed many times before. I added a little logo this time, just for fun. I thought it paired well with today’s black-and-white theme.
Doctor visits, errands, honey-dos, dogs to entertain, grandkids to FaceTime, but still got in a nice 4.5-mile walk. OH, and the best news of all - My A1C came down substantially. I’m very happy today. ☺️

More hiking on these precious days off. It’s been cooler than normal, and we are taking advantage of it.

This one was fun. Looked out the window and was sitting next to this beautiful rainbow in the sky.
Starting the day early. Cool air, no traffic, and it seems like the coffee tastes better the earlier it is. I hope it was a good day for everyone.

Tough day on the photography front. Being home all day makes for limited picture options. But the good news is I got to watch the Artemis II launch!
4-mile walk with the dogs this morning, and got a shot under an Acacia Tree.
Out and about today, came across this full size fake tree with plastic pink flowers. Made for a fun shot.
Long four-day trip. Always good to be back home. Daisy is doing her best not to look completely annoyed by having a phone stuck near her face.
