Yes, I’ve spent the last 12 months sleeping in a chair with a foot stool.
Lying down gives me bad gastro issues disrupting my sleep. It also cause severe leg pain on waking.
Sleeping in a chair reduces all of those symptoms to a manageable level, but I end up with bad arm and hand pain on waking.
