The Trump administration ignored the court’s instructions again. Over 400 trees were chopped down at D.C.’s public East Potomac Golf Links over the holiday weekend without proper advance notice even after government lawyers promised the judge ample warning before any irreversible work.

Federal agents searched Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home in Washington, D.C., this morning, just three weeks before the midterm elections. The search was carried out by Homeland Security Investigations, a branch of ICE.

Haha 😂 MAGA is so delusional!

Today is Indigenous Peoples’ Day. 💚 The places we love and fight to protect are Indigenous homelands long before they became national parks. Those connections are still very much alive.

A win! A federal judge has put the brakes on the Trump regime’s taxpayer-funded TV ad campaign. The order blocks further spending on the challenged ads and requires scheduled airings to be canceled including tonight’s. The administration has 24 hours to confirm compliance with the court.

Good news and a thank you to Ukraine! Bot traffic from Russian tech company Yandex’s network has plunged following Ukrainian strikes on its data centers.

Starting tomorrow on Indigenous Peoples’ Day federal contractors are scheduled to begin removing thousands of saguaros and other desert plants from Tohono O’odham land in Arizona for Trump’s border wall, according to tribal officials.

We love Susan! 💚💚💚 Not all hero’s wear capes some wear Primus shirts!

Lol 😂 Trump’s “crowds”… hahahahaha. Tonight, we decided to watch videos from his “rallies.” A few hundred people show up, and he’s so delusional

PSA, Colorado voters: Elon Musk’s America PAC has been sending misleading texts saying, “Your ballot request is in,” and asking voters to confirm where and when to return it. The messages have prompted confused residents to contact county election offices.

Hey, we were right! Trump was upset about the Nobel Peace Prize. That’s a pretty long breakup text for someone who says he never cared. What’s that saying they always use? “Cry harder.” 😂

Way to go, New York! Protests across the state last night, but our favorite was the lady Trump had removed from his rally in Syracuse. We’d love to be her best friend. What a legend! ✊

Troops should not be standing guard near ballot drop boxes in D.C.

Lol 😂 Looks like Trump is still upset about not winning a peace prize. His administration sanctioned the International Criminal Court (ICC) just hours after former ICC judge Navi Pillay was named the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize winner.

A win for voters! A judge ruled that the DOJ’s policy of collecting states’ unredacted voter rolls and urging states to remove voters flagged as ineligible is illegal.

Banned Books Week is almost over! The Trump administration had at least 596 books removed from schools serving military families. Don’t forget to get out there and read some of the books they tried to keep off the shelves. Happy Banned Books Week!

The Trump admin announced that winter oil and gas exploration in Alaska’s National Petroleum Reserve will be exempt from environmental reviews. That includes seismic surveys, building temporary roads, and drilling exploration wells. Our public lands keep paying the price…

💔 Abolish ICE!

Didn’t Trump already get in trouble for inciting violence on January 6th? Isn’t he inciting violence here again?

The Pentagon says it plans to livestream an execution. Pete Hegseth said the public will be able to watch the firing-squad execution of Nidal Hasan, convicted of the 2009 Fort Hood mass shooting, scheduled for December 3. Turning a government execution into a livestream should alarm everyone.

Apparently even Microsoft has managed to get on the Trump administration’s bad side. JD Vance announced today that the administration is suspending Microsoft from a federal program that allows companies to sponsor foreign workers for green cards, accusing the tech giant of immigration fraud.

A win! A federal judge in Washington, D.C., extended his order temporarily blocking the Trump administration from banning CNN, Politico and MS NOW from White House grounds until Tuesday.

We just wanted to thank you! More than 1 million comments were submitted to the USDA urging them to leave the Roadless Rule alone. Thank you to everyone who spoke up for our national forests! 💚

The Trump administration broke federal law by withholding more than $78 million Congress had approved for healthcare research, according to a Government Accountability Office report. The watchdog found that HHS violated the Impoundment Control Act by withholding

Amazing work, San Antonio, interrupting Trump’s rally!

Attn: The Trump administration has declined to invite independent international observers to monitor the November midterms, breaking a practice dating back to 2002.

Well isn’t this self-serving? The White House confirmed that the Trump administration has asked officials to look into creating a presidential retreat at Trump’s own golf club in Palm Beach “for future Presidents.” We already have Camp David.

Reminder!

A naked, gold-covered Trump statue has been unveiled inside the European Parliament in Strasbourg. It’s called “Orange Plague,” also known as “King of Injustice,” and shows him sitting on another man’s shoulders holding an enormous golf club. Covered in reportedly 23-karat gold, of course.

Trump said he would start paying for the political TV ads himself, but the White House clarified that he won’t pay back the federal government for what’s already been spent. About $11.5 million had already been spent airing the ads as of midday Tuesday, October 6th.
