Went for a little wander and saw this cute little robin (at least I think it's a robin) wandering around. Super tame, too. Took this on a 28mm prime - the little thing let me get up super close.

Greed
My mum's down to visit, and we drove around all day doing nice things. I ate too much curry for lunch and felt horrible all afternoon. How do I still have no "stop eating" impulse.

Is the iPad a big phone or a small laptop? Until very recently, it's been a big phone. That might seem decadent, and that's because it is, but having a phone-style device with a much bigger screen means videos look better, photos look better, websites are more full-sized, re...
Keycap
I accidentally commissioned a set of keycaps and they came out great. That doesn't mean I'm able to take decent photos of them!
Launch
New site went live today, and I had to get Tabitha from school early as she got back from her residential trip.
Baby
This is what I was after yesterday. They're cute when they're this age.
Chat
Completely forgot to take a picture today. Saw baby seagulls when walking the dog, but they were tucked up in bed when I came back out with my camera.
Lavender
I spend more of my life feeling utterly worthless than I would like.
Sports Day
It was Tabitha's school sports day yesterday (Saturday. I know!). It was a very hot and very long day.
Morning ride
Haven't been out on a ride for ages, and it feels like everyone's talking about bikes at the moment.
Abseil
Tabitha did a charity abseil with school, then Charlotte and I went to lunch.
Guard
Forest did not like a paddleboarder coming inland to us. He seems to be scared of brooms or anything that resembles one.
Bobby Wolfgang and House of Protection at Dust
There's a lot of hype around House of Protection's live show and, weirdly, they live up to it.
Triptych
I just love these concrete things. I definitely have a better version of this photo in me.
I've rebuilt this site and it's pretty much static now.
It's funny isn't it? I started out building some form of a blog about 23 years ago, and was desperate for it to be dynamic. Now we're back at the start, with a big asterisk.
Perspective and Scale
I like these perspective things. I thought this one would look better than this, if I'm honest.
J did London to Brighton
Cyclist and noted F1 Fwiend, J, did London to Brighton today.
I hate this picture
I don't want to talk about it.
It's tough making friends
Having a young dog is less rewarding than I remember.
Office Assistant
I cleaned the old hard drives and junk off the chair (not the dust and crap), and the cat then wanted to come and protect me from every slight noise outside.
Boundaries
Tabitha played a cricket match at school today. We went to watch. The weather was glorious and some cricket happened.
Flint House
It's Dan's birthday; we went to Flint House.
Fluffy
Friday was very super cute when I woke up this morning. This little cuddle was slightly scratchier than it looks though.
Just one more screen
I have opinions.
Lungfulls of sea air
I've been sleeping absolutely terribly this week. It got so bad that Friday I woke up and my alarm had been going off next to my head for four minutes.

Mario Kart 8 is one of my favourite games. Honestly the only game I prefer to it is Horizon Zero Dawn. I have played so much Mario Kart 8, it's probably something normies would think I should be embarrassed about but I'm not.
I think the main reason I love it so much is work...
The inevitable selfie
I did pretty well to get 125 days without one but the light coming through our front door was so nice.
Layers
Another day with my head down, mostly. Going to rebuild the frontend of this site.
The "dog-screeches-the-house-down-when-left-alone" starter kit
Forest seems to have pretty inconsistent separation anxiety, and he's not growing out of it.
MOT
Worked from the waiting room of the VW garage for the morning. A change is as good as a rest.
