Spicy Carrot & Mango Drink Redux
Make in a blender or food processor. Makes something like 40 - 48 ounces of delicious and spicy drink.
Blend on high until smooth
- 1+ cup fresh spinach (a big handful)
- 1 part carrot juice (~1 1/2 cups)
- 1 part apple / apricot / cherry juice (~1 1/2 cups)
- 1+ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- 2 bananas
- 2 heaping tablespoons of powdered ginger
- A large handful of chopped green onions
Add to blended mix and shake well
- A fuckload of fresh raspberries
Spicy Carrot & Mango Drink
Make in a blender or food processor. Makes something like 40 - 48 ounces of delicious and spicy drink.
Blend on high 4 minutes
- 1+ cup fresh spinach (a big handful)
- 3 medium sized carrots, chopped
- 2 cups carrot juice
- 1/2 cups apple / cherry juice
- 1 cup frozen mango
Blend on medium 1 minute
- 3 bananas
- 1 heaping tablespoon of turmeric
- 1 heaping tablespoon of powdered ginger
- 1 heaping tablespoon ginger juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
