Tonight's cooking experiment escalated from "let's just shred a few veggies in the food processor" to busting out the kitchen stand mixer and waffle iron. I think I salvaged it though, and I also have a new way to use up the random veggies in the fridge at the end of the week.

First test ride of the new trailer cart! I also spent the morning attaching accessories to my bike like the flag, a loud horn, and an AirTag
AV cart trailer update! Got the axle and wheels attached, just about ready to roll! The fold down feet ended up a bit taller than I wanted, so I might swap them with slightly shorter feet.

Tonight's trailer progress: got the hitch attached to the aluminum extrusion frame! Only 1mm off after drilling a 45mm deep hole. A drill press would definitely come in handy here.
