I'm feeling amped today. Do you ever get that? Like everything feels really positive and you don't want to sleep because you know sleep is going to reset it?

So I need to start bringing a camera on the school-run now. I can't leave the house without one, it seems.

I don't think I've ever taken a successful photo of one of these, and I'm not starting today.

It's pretty fast but our wifi is using an older version of Nest which I guess needs upgrading now.

Pretty much can't walk. Sat down working all day, then went out to get a picture and walk the dog and my ankle is agony.

I have done something to my Achilles tendon again. The upside: it's eclipsed the pain in my hip.

More off-lead practice with Forest this morning. He's getting quite good but we've purposefully been keeping him away from other dogs though.

Went out cycling today for the first time in ages. There's some lovely routes around Shoreham and Lancing but it's just a little far away to explore from here.

Mondays are so hectic at the moment, but they usually go quickly.

Went for a nice walk around Lewes in the sun.

Tabitha had a hair cut super early this morning. They have this lovely Monstera.

The problem with doing things in the evening is playing chicken with my own daily deadline.

I cannot sufficiently express how much I love this horrible cat.

I spend a lot of time hanging out with the dog; there's going to be dog pictures!

Listen I'm working on five hours sleep and somehow managed to play an absolute blinder at work today. Something's going to suffer as a result.

I completely forgot about this yesterday. Fortunately I snapped a couple of pictures when I walked the dog so I don't lose my streak.

It wasn't even worth it. I don't like the picture that much but it's the principle!

We went to London to get part of Tabitha's birthday present. I failed to get a picture I'm happy with.
