If you can see this my initial test of IndieKit worked and I can start to set it up properly.

Guten Morgen IndieWebCamp Düsseldorf. Today I’m working on: setting up IndieKit so I can post from my phone changing my /links page so posts tagged as link and links are also included I’ll hopefully have at least one ready for demos later.

In IWC DUS yesterday we were talking about feeds and how to help people use them. This morning I read http://tinyshopww.blogspot.com/2026/02/whats-going-on-with-unplugged-shop-blog.html and in the comments is a perfect example of the problem. A person uses feeds to follow his passion and a person who shares that passion thinks they are too hi tech #indieweb

As nobody seems to need drives A:  and B: on Windows anymore (or are there any floppy disk users still out there), I thought it would be a nice idea to mount the backup drive from my NAS to B: (as in 'backup').

Seems the devs of bun, the JavaScript runtime (https://bun.com), also don't use floppy disks and use B: for their virtual file system.

So, better leave drives A: and B: alone when using Windows.

Fixed Webmentions display and rendering on my website. I even added cute little overlay icons to differentiate the different types of webmentions.

And, well, I reconfigured my Docker infrastructure to properly support IPv6 on the way.  Don't ask why, but this works as well now. ;)

Feeling inspired after day one of IndieWebCamp Düsseldorf 2026 . Sessions The first session of the day was Running your own LLM to get out of big tech. The word was inevitably going to come up, so it was good to hear an indie approach that lets you keep your privacy whilst using it. The second session was Private posts, which didn’t have a microphone nearby, so it wasn’t recorded. After a long lunch the third and fourth sessions were about Feeds and Canvas animations. It was good to hear creative talks happening, especially about boring tech like RSS.
