Those look good. Last night I made the air-fryer tofu that Alice McFlurry shared on Mastodon https://beige.party/@Alice/115941847048511529 and it was excellent. Tofu scramble is not on my list, probably because I am not a vegan.
Today I finished listening to The Rose Field by Philip Pullman read by Michael Sheen. This was the third book in The Book of Dust series.
I absolutely loved this is was so emotional and the narration was so moving at times I cried and other times I laughed out loud.
At the end of the audio book there was an interview with Philip Pullman and Michael Sheen, in that interview they discussed the ideas and themes of the book and commented upon how the current global politics were reflected in the story.
Towards the end Philip Pullman said:
Those who don’t understand or enjoy stories and art are the ones we have to look out for.
I truly recommend The Book of Dust trilogy and I really didn't want it to end.
Spent a more-or-less instructive week slowly moving this site over to its new home hosted at Hetzner. Not there yet, unless you’re reading this at some point in the future, but with a lot of help — and a lot of misdirection too — from ChatGPT we are getting closer. Some hard lessons to learn, which I will address in a more detailed write up, and despite a deluge of explanations, there are still many things about which my understanding is very shaky. Nevertheless, I am glad to be moving forward.
