Ich werde weiter an der Aufarbeitung arbeiten — mit externer Unterstützung und offenem Blick auf meine Rolle in der Community.
Ob und wie Vertrauen zurückkehrt, liegt nicht bei mir. Ich kann nur versuchen, es durch mein Verhalten künftig wieder zu ermöglichen.

Dass ich so lange gebraucht habe, um mich zu sortieren und zu äußern, war kein Kalkül. Es war Überforderung, verbunden mit Verpflichtungen, die sich nicht verschieben ließen. Aber: Die Zeit hat den Schaden vergrößert. Ich hätte früher Verantwortung übernehmen müssen.
Ich weiß, dass Worte nicht alles sind — aber sie können ein Anfang sein. (4/5)

Ich habe mich mehr mit Ausdrucksformen beschäftigt als mit Inhalten. Ich habe über Ausschluss nachgedacht, anstatt den Weg der Auseinandersetzung zu suchen.
Auch mein Rückzug — den ich für mich als Selbstschutz empfunden habe — hatte eine Wirkung: Er wirkte wie Ignorieren und Abwertung. Das war nicht meine Absicht, aber es war die Wirkung. Und dafür bitte ich um Entschuldigung. (3/5)

Im Gespräch nach technica11y am Montag habe ich über @kc gesprochen — in einem Ton und in einer Haltung, die verletzend waren. Ich habe ihre Kritik übergangen, sie als Problem geframed und dabei meine Rolle als Host nicht reflektiert. Das war falsch. Ich habe damit Muster reproduziert, die viele marginalisierte Menschen aus anderen Kontexten nur zu gut kennen — und wurde damit Teil eines Problems, das ich eigentlich vermeiden wollte. (2/5)

Ich bitte @kc um Entschuldigung. Und ich bitte auch all jene um Entschuldigung, die sich durch das, was ich gesagt oder unterlassen habe, ebenfalls verletzt, übergangen oder ausgeschlossen fühlen.

Mir ist bewusst, dass in der öffentlichen Debatte nicht immer klar war, wer was gesagt hat. Ich spreche hier für mein eigenes Verhalten und meine Worte — nicht, um mich abzugrenzen, sondern um Verantwortung dort zu übernehmen, wo sie mir zusteht. (1/5)
