Raindrops cascade from the skies in straight lines, watering the ground left dry after July. Since the rain started falling again, the plant outside has been growing well. Will it blossom again this year? Can plants blossom twice in one year? I hope to see the pink petals again, but, if nothing else, I have the memories of its colours from earlier in the season.

I went for a walk earlier today, before the rain began. I admired the puddles as I walked; collections of water after a dry season. I wore a heavier coat with a hood – to be prepared – not realising how warm it still is outside. Nevertheless I walked and continued to walk, watching the world go by, revelling in the welcome watery weather.

🎦 watched “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” in the Metreon Dolby Cinema this past Friday and really enjoyed it.Took a half day off to recover from a long week & last weekend, and decided to see the new Spider-Man movie. The theater was packed except for the front row. Lots of fans wearing Spider-Man gear.If you haven’t seen the previous Tom Holland Spider-Man movies, you could watch only those three then this film and still have a great time. The sets, the clothes, the makeup, the props - it’s all a little goofy and overdone. And I think this fits the film perfectly. Because it’s not taking itself too seriously. It’s a great Akschn Fuim and simply entertaining from start to finish in all its 80s glory. No shit!

I watched the movie "Valentines Day" (2010) for the first time today, which stars, among others, Taylor Swift. The energy in this scene (especially the enthusiastic and excited way in which the words are said, while Taylor carries a huge bear) 1 fills me with joy:

This was fantastic. It has a great crew with its space-movie typical in-fights and betrayal, stunning imagery, gripping action; and absolutely fucking golden space suits. I wish I could watch this in a cinema at some point again.
