If I've spoken you in the past week, I probably mentioned playing around with Plan 9. After getting an old PC on ebay for 30€ (~40€ with shipping) I thought "if I was ever goint to install this, now is the time". Shout out to Matt for the hint of what to look for to get real cheap used PCs on ebay; which we talked about a bit on an IndieWeb pop-up about BSD.

This a (super) short experimental piece, perhaps a prose poem, inspired by: 'sticks and stones will break my bones' as suggested by Ben Werdmüller for the 'IndieWeb Fiction Carnival.' ...

Have rewatched this after a looong while. And the first time not dubbed. Still so so good and so funny. Every scene is perfect. The cast and their performances, the dialogue… One of my favourite movies of all time.

Naty is ahead of the curve in using less water to cook pasta, which I am now doing regularly. For rice, at least brown rice, I probably use too much water as I invariably end up draining it when it is done. Better that than scorched rice. I need a small rice cooker.
