@help I keep getting Bad Request error trying to post from Sunlit to my Micropub enabled info site. I know the app is authorized. I can’t seem to get any extra info. Nor can I delete the existing external blog to start again. Anything else I can try?

this review of Gaslight (1944) is lowkey cracking me up. You're the one who turned on a movie called "Gaslight", what did you think was gonna be the plot?

The unstoppable rise of extra virgin olive oil

The standards for extra virgin olive oil were adopted in 1960, after a decade marred by wholesale adulteration. Today, EVOO is everywhere, transformed from a mark of quality to a mark of little meaning. The terrible frauds have mostly vanished, but all is not rosy.

“I would argue,” says Carl Ipsen, “that a bigger problem today than fraud is transportation and storage.”

Cover artwork: fresh yellow-green olive oil emerging from the centrifuge and flowing down a chute.

Extra virgin olive oil appeared in 1960, after a decade of scandalous adulteration. Then, it denoted quality. Today, not so much. “I would argue,” says Carl Ipsen, “that a bigger problem today than fraud is transportation and storage.”

Fascinating piece on how to really acquire a language, which left me feeling more than ever what a pain it is to have always found Italian newspapers so horrendously pompous and verbose. ⇾ Congrats to my Friend Gavin Strange for 25 Years of Jamfactory

Gavin Strange celebrates 25 years of creating under the name of Jamfactory. Wow. And Yay!

I’ve been celebrating as of late, as at the start of the month on the 6th February, it was exactly 25 years since first registering my domain name jam-factory.com, which means it’s been a quarter of a century making stuff under the name of “Jamfactory”! I put together a wee video edit, cataloguing 25 years of passion projects […]

Here is the article and the video.

Congrats on 25 year of “making the all the stuff that absolutely no one asked for” my friend!
